A full, soft and finely tannic start characterizes the Amastuola Centastassi wine. This organic wine strikes the eye with its deep and bright ruby-red colour with violet reflections, while the nose is fruity with aromas of sour cherries, sweet violets and small wild berries. The scents of fruits melt with those of marine and mineral aromas, typical of the Amastuola terroir. The “full” texture of this wine and its smoothness make it suitable for first and second courses of meat, roast game and ripened cheeses.
